I’m Dr. Misty Eleryan, a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon specializing in cutaneous oncology and complex facial reconstruction. I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor at George Washington University and a Senior Associate Editor for Journal of Drugs in Dermatology (JDD).

I founded Chosen Dermatology Co. as the professional entity through which I pursue my clinical work and related dermatology initiatives. Through Chosen Dermatology, I maintain a flexible approach to clinical practice, including contracted Mohs surgical coverage for practices and health systems.

I also founded The Derm Report by Dr. Misty Eleryan, an independent dermatology and skin-health media platform focused on evidence-based skincare and trusted dermatologic information.

My work extends beyond clinical practice to surgical education through Beyond the Books™, physician career advising, and consulting and collaborative projects across dermatology and healthcare. Across these areas, I draw on my clinical and academic experience to contribute to surgical education, professional development, and innovation in dermatology.
